BBC Horizon Mega-tsunami Documentary

For those interested in watching the full documentary, I've just came across the complete video on Youtube, which can be watched below:
To see how this event is predicted in biblical prophecy, see the earlier posts Mega-tsunami and The Casting Down of Mountains.

  1. I watched this documentary with shock and awe. Then I thought what a horrendous time of tribulation is heading in our way.

Instead of repenting and honoring the very One who breathed the breath of life into us and all living beings in heaven and on earth and under the earth and sent His Son to be Our Savior and propitiation (Gen. 2:7, John 3:16-17, 1 John 2:2, 4:10), the ruling godless masses of unregenerate humanity continue fully to manifest their hearts a demonic rebellion and defiance to Almighty God, with exponentially transgressions as we are seeing today in society before our very eyes to Almighty God’s spiritual, natural and moral absolutes to new levels each passing day.

I believe that as the tribulation exponentially intensifies so will their transgressions against man (slander) and against our Creator Almighty God.

As one of the scientist in the docu says...'its just a matter of time'. We still have time to repent and humble ourselves and ask Pardon for whose who 'do not believe to not adore, do not hope and do not Love' Our Good Lord.

Our Lady of the Rosary pray with us!

Thank you Emmett for posting this.

  2. Concurred Anne.

Will be having a disturbed sleep after seeing some of that improvised footage.

Emmett have you come closer to understanding that dream you had of Belfast being covered by black liquid from over the mountain?

  3. Anne - It's strange that you mention Our Lady of the Rosary. I was in the middle of writing a post on the significance of the Virgin Mary's appearance as Our Lady of Mt Carmel, witnessed by the shepherd children during the Miracle of the Sun, and the title "Our Lady of the Rosary" was in it - which I don't come across very often. I'll post a short section of Lucia's Fourth Memoir which I was focusing on below:

"I want to tell you that a chapel is to be built here in my honour. I am the Lady of the Rosary. Continue always to pray the Rosary every day. The war is going to end, and the soldiers will soon return to their homes".

Jamey - I don't usually attempt to make sense of my dreams - they're mostly quite mad and meaningless. That was a recurring dream of mine though - from well before I stumbled upon the mega-tsunami threat. It was just regular water though - it came down from the Black Mountain - which is the name of the mountain behind where I live, and wasn't particularly deep. I don't really put much meaning into it...

  4. Thank you Emmett, Our Lady of the Rosary means a lot to me, I owe my existance to her. I depend on her for everything so anything on Fatima is very dear to my heart.

On another note, in the light of the vanity of this life/Olympics et al., I was reading my Bible and stumbled upon King Solomon who possessed it all: wisdom, brilliance, discernment, authority, prestige, riches, wealth, property, possessions, power, fame, women and glory. Amazingly, as he was reflecting on his life in his last days, he made this very sobering and tragic statement: 'Vanity of vanities…all is vanity' (Eccl. 1:1-15, 12:7-8).

In possessing all of this stature and achievement, it never satisfied the Eternal void of his heart. All of it did not - and could not - yield peace and contentment. In the end, all of Solomon's great achievements and pomp could never deliver him in the hour of his death. To Solomon, all indeed was truly dust in the wind...

Soloman fully comprehended that Almighty God was absolutely essential for the existence of man. To know Him is life Eternal with great expectation and purpose!

The conclusion: 'Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil" (Eccl. 12:13,14)

    Its all here...

  5. St. Thomas Aquinas' famous words shortly before his death were to a similar effect:

"all that I have written seems like straw to me"

I would love to know what was revealed to this great saint in the short time before his death - his intellect was vast, and understanding of theology supreme, yet even with this level of knowledge still humbly admitted his ignorance of the inscrutable Godhead.

  6. Thanks Emmett, I somehow got my wires crossed and thought of black water. Likewise I no longer try interpret my dreams, I think there may be too much preservative in our food :-)

Came across an interesting cd on the saints by Fr Shannon Collins. In it he discussed St Thomas Aquinas and how his family weren't pleased he wanted to become a priest. They hired a prostitute to go into his room and corrupt him in the middle of one night. When she attempted to awaken him, he immediately got up went to the fire place, grabbed a burning piece of timber and directed her out with it. The Angelic doctor.

  7. I wouldn't lose any sleep - it's complete alarmist nonsense. Wave propagation would mean that the initial energy per unit length in the initially generated 7 km tsunami wavefront would spread out in all directions from the event and would therefore be diluted by a factor of approximately 10,000 by the time it reached the East coast of the US which means that an initially generated wave height of even 500 metres would end up on the East coast of the US as approximately 5 cm, i.e. an unnoticeable ripple
