Michael Voris has put together a rather interesting video on Freemasonry. It's long, but certainly worth watching...
It gives us an insight into the group that is ultimately responsible for the worldwide apostasy we are currently enduring. At the beginning of the 20th century, the forces of Satan truly began to besiege the Church as the Heavenly Jerusalem, when the forces of Freemasonry began to acheive its long-term goal of the secularisation of society.
"And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison and will come out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. And they marched up over the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city...2
(Rev 20:7-9)
"Leo XIII truly saw, in a vision, demonic spirits who were congregating on the Eternal City (Rome). The prayer that he asked all the Church to recite was the fruit of that experience. He would recite that prayer with strong, powerful voice: we heard it many a time in the Vatican Basilica."
(Cardinal Giovanni Nasalli Rocca di Corneliano Ephemerides Liturgicae V. LXIX)
"This twofold kingdom St. Augustine keenly discerned and described after the manner of two cities, contrary in their laws because striving for contrary objects; and with a subtle brevity he expressed the efficient cause of each in these words: "Two loves formed two cities: the love of self, reaching even to contempt of God, an earthly city; and the love of God, reaching to contempt of self, a heavenly one."(1) At every period of time each has been in conflict with the other, with a variety and multiplicity of weapons and of warfare, although not always with equal ardour and assault. At this period, however, the partisans of evil seems to be combining together, and to be struggling with united vehemence, led on or assisted by that strongly organized and widespread association called the Freemasons. No longer making any secret of their purposes, they are now boldly rising up against God Himself. They are planning the destruction of holy Church publicly and openly, and this with the set purpose of utterly despoiling the nations of Christendom, if it were possible, of the blessings obtained for us through Jesus Christ our Saviour."
(Pope Leo XIII, Humanum Genus, 1884)

Thank you, Emmett:
Mr. Voris and his staff at CMTV have certainly laid down the gauntlet in this spiritual battle with evil forces. It was very wise of them to place themselves and their mission under the protection of St. Michael and Our Lady and to dedicate their studio and its audio/video work to Venerable Fulton Sheen.
I am again on a tablet and so can't easily place a link, but all may wish to go to the CMTV site or to YouTube.com where they have posted their Mic'd Up show on the dual (and intricnically linked, IMHO) assaults of Freemasonry and homosexual clergy on our Church today. The show's guests were John Salza for Freemasonry and Randy Engel for the gay mafia.
My gripe with the format of the Mic'd Up shows is that Mr. Voris tends to not give each of his guests time to fully expand on their points and instead interupts to interject too many of his (Michael V.) thoughts. Voris also seems to have a nervous tick, which is more apparent in this shows format, whereby he repeats words and short phrases. Despite my objections, I'm glued to my Livestream feed each Wednesday!
Sherry
I love Michael!
His shows are a highlight of my day. If I could do anything, I would work with him, fighting for the good of souls. How great that would be.
Firstly, Our Lady of Good Success warned about Freemasonry in the Church.
"Our Lord showed her how the
hideous and pestiferous wild boar
of Masonry would enter the beautiful, flourishing vineyard of the
Church, leaving it destroyed and
in complete ruins."
I'm convinced that the freemasons are responsible for robbing Holy Mother Church of her tradition. They are responsible for this apostasy.
And people think the SSPX is schismatic? What? They're just holding on the Faith as it was always taught. They'r just holding on to everything the Church stands for. The Protestants, Jews, etc get big hugs from everybody, but the SSPX? No. They're just Catholics, but no, stay away from them. One day, this will all be over. One day...
Secondly, the Devil succeeded in getting rid of the St. Michael prayers. No wonder he's swarming around Rome. But, it sure is interesting that the Pope consecrated the Vatican to St. Michael.
God bless.
~Hannah
I'm cautioning Catholics to be careful with a great deal of the material presented in this video. What you don't want to do when ministering to Freemasons is use fiction to try to draw them out. That type of stuff may only reinforce Freemasonry's hold on them.
Here is my critique of Voris expose.
http://www.davidlgray.info/blog/2013/09/critique-michael-voris-freemasonry/
Hannah,
Be very careful about the SSPX. Every FFSP priest I've spoken to have said the SSPX sacraments of confession and marriage not valid. It's understandable to be sympathetic to their cause but be very careful. If you're going to confession by an SSPX priest your sins are not absolved.
God Bless you,
J
Please go to this web site.
Fr Z explains it pretty well.

Thanks for sharing that info David!
There's a lot of misinformation on Freemasonry on a lot of Catholic publications. E.g. the Taxil Hoax tends to get circulated a lot:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxil_hoax
I thought the Voris video was quite good though, despite the inclusion of the mistakes you have highlighted. I would recommend that readers visit your site to keep informed of certain fallacies that keep getting circulated.
J,
I don't wish to derail another thread here with the SSPX but will leave you with this article by John Salza explaining their situation and a couple of other bits of information.
http://www.scripturecatholic.com/feature-articles/Feature%20-%20Remnant%20The%20Inanity%20of%20Dr%20Moynihan%20Regarding%20the%20SSPX.pdf
Also it should also be remembered that the SSPX when they need advice and a decision regarding a grave sin from the Vatican, the Apostolic Penitentiary has provided this to them when required. Remember St Athanasius was excommunicated but continued to provide the sacraments. Likewise I think the SSPX "excommunication" of 1988 was null and void, and as Pope Benedict XVI alluded unjust.
I would be careful of some of Fr Z's writings on the SSPX he has a definite bias against them. Telling the SSPX to come begging to Rome on their knees for forgiveness was of poor taste especially when Rome has created a new religion, and the SSPX have a problem with only a small part of Vatican II documents issues even eminent churchmen in "good standing" are now raising. The SSPX simply had the guts before anyone else to point out the theological and liturgical rupture that took place.
Jamie,
Please read what Pope Benedict said in his letter to the Bishops of the Catholic Church Concerning the Remission of the Excommunication of the Four Bishops Consecrated by Archbishop Lefebvre. You can find it in the vatican web site. Paragraph 3 last sentence:
"In order to make this clear once again: until the doctrinal questions are clarified, the Society has no canonical status in the Church, and its ministers – even though they have been freed of the ecclesiastical penalty – do not legitimately exercise any ministry in the Church."
This is a direct quote from B16. Again I repeat I understand the need to be sympathetic to the cause of SSPX, but as of today the above quote hold true. Spin it as you may but the Pope has spoken.
I'm not judging you I'm just trying to make you aware. Let's be wise and admit there are spin doctors on both sides so tread cautiously.
God Bless,
J
"In order to make this clear once again: until the doctrinal questions are clarified"
Good luck with this.
"The Society has no canonical status in the Church, and its ministers – even though they have been freed of the ecclesiastical penalty – do not legitimately exercise any ministry in the Church."
Why would the Apostolic Penitentiary provide absolutions for the SSPX if their confessions are not valid?
You are right about the spin being both ways and it is symptomatic of a deeper problem that also has taken place at the heart of the Church in recent decades that of confusing statements going both ways on a number of issues often within the same paragraph.
Key to the issue is where we will disagree - was there a state of emergency as Lefebvre claimed, I believe so and he simply wanted to protect his seminarians from being ravaged by the wolves with the faith one day sanity would return to the Church and the SSPX wouldn't be necessary. I think that day will be sooner than later but there may be a bit of fire falling from the sky first.

Michael Voris and group do an awesome job. I am in the Saginaw MI. diocese and can tell you what they speak about is true. the Arch-Diocese of Detroit and the Saginaw MI. diocese with the late Bishop untener did a lot of damage to the Church in the United States and the whole world. I lived and continue to live through it. Read the book AA 1025. I believe that is what it is called. Its been a few years since I have read it.
A few quick examples of past and present pratices in the Saginaw diocese. Women vesting to give morning Mass. Ballerinas during mass (I made a video of this mass)the "Saginaw blessing", look it up.
Recent, like the last 2 months. invalid matter. Bread in the form of chunks of bread with a marble look. We Parish hop because we cannot find a good Parish. We came across this in 2 different places. It went away when Bishop Carlson came in. He has gone to St Louis and now the liberals are coming out of the woodwork again. What does this have to do with freemasonary? Get informed about untener and freemasonary and the Saginaw diocese. It will come together. This is where a call to action was born. At St Andrew's parish in Saginaw.
Hi Emmet I enjoy your blog very much,

Kyrie Eleison. It's only a precursor...
~Hannah
Hannah,
With little things like that and the meteor crashing into Russia this year captured on video, will God eventually send a warning such as wiping out one place Sodom and Gomorrah style so that people actually come to believe the messages of Akita and repent before most of the world is wiped out by fire. I was reading the other day but can't remember where (may have been scripture) that God will exhaust all possibilities before inflicting something like Akita.
By the way I second Sherry's earlier comments on the great work by Michael Voris and his team.
God Bless All.
I finally had the chance to ask my FSSP priest, yesterday about the advisability of saying the full St Michael's prayer and he confirmed someone's earlier post that it is not recommended for laymen. As father put it: "Think of it as the difference between dealing with one hornet and a nest full of them."
Sherry
Jamey,
You may have been referring to this quote from Sister Lucia.
“In the plans of Divine Providence God always, before He is about to chastise the world, exhausts all other remedies. Now, when He sees that the world has not heeded any of them . . . He offers us with a certain trepidation the last means of salvation, His Most Holy Mother.” [Sr. Lúcia, December 26, 1957, interview with Fr. Augustine Fuentes]
~Hannah
Ah yes, correct and thank-you Hannah! Increasingly I marvel at the mesages of Fatima. At a time when the world and even Church would begin to stop believing in God and the dogmas of the faith, the following are confirmed as reality:
1. Existence of the supernatural with a huge miracle.
2. Existence of angelic powers and diabolical forces.
3. The reality of Hell and not just for Hitler types.
4. The real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
5. Our Lady's special role in salvation history.
6. The promises of the Brown Scapular.
7. The efficacy of the rosary.
8. The primacy of the papacy.
9. The severity of God's justice which reflects his goodness.
10. The grace of being warned of "troubling apostasies" to begin in 1960.
11. God's love of the poor and simple as his very Elect.
Jamey,
You're quite welcome!
And yes, the Fatima apparitions are Catholic in every way. I've been thinking about those aspects lately. Funny you brought them up.
I'm marveling at the fact that people are seeing fireballs here in the States (in several actually).
This is a precursor. God's trying to see if we're awake, if we're listening. His Mother has been warning us of the Chastisements for over a hundred years! Think about that.
God bless.
~Hannah
"This is a precursor."
So is Papa Franjo's bizarre interviews. I simply brace myself when he has been quiet for a couple of weeks as you know a bomb or two is coming.
I agree with some trads that something big is probably going down before the canonisation of JPII and John XXIII late next April. As one trad said though at least with JPII we had a staunch defender of life.
Indeed what a grace Fatima is (as also is Zeitoun and Akita) at a time when atheistic thought is pressing down so hard on society and there is so much chaos in the church.
Jamey,
I sympathize. Some of what he says scares me. I was honestly expecting a Pope who would set everything back in order. Now, people are thinking everything is lost and hopeless, which brings you to Quito. Our Lady said when everything would be lost and hopeless, everything would be found well.
I'm praying for the Pope. He needs our prayers. This is the worst time in the Church's history. Look at the extent of the crisis:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xISgvWzczh4
Michael has been doing a seris. He'll show you the facts. I'm still trying to pick my jaw up..I can't believe the crisis is this bad.
I'm trying to hold onto my Faith. Currently, I'm going to an SSPX chapel (Hope this doesn't cause a big dispute). I find that they have the truth Faith that I want. Yet, everyone treats them like lepers. Why? Because they have the true Faith as it's always been taught, believed and practiced. It's really quite amazing. I find myself barely to go to Mass on the weekend. It's Heaven for me. Anyway don't want to ramble on, but that's where I am right now...
God bless.

Thanks for your post, it is heartening.
The modernists are many, many steps ahead of the traditionalists. They will not openly touch dogma or doctrine because they don’t need to do so. They have been subverting it for decades by preaching another gospel, by altering the liturgy, by slowly but inexorably suppressing Catholic identity at the parish level. [Hah, he's got that right. Try being a traditional Catholic in your regular run-of-the-mill parish and you're treated like dirt. That's fact from my own experience. Sorry for being so blunt...]
We see the fruit of their ideology in the enormous drop in Mass attendance, baptisms, and so forth (see Voris’ Dispatches). And, ironically, this trend may be their undoing.
Having fundamentally transformed untold numbers of Catholics into Protestants, they will certainly reap what they have sown, for Protestants will simply leave and go elsewhere whenever it suits them (Rod Dreher’s spiritual walk being one example). That, and they will contracept and abort themselves into a minority. [Sad...]
Meanwhile, traditionalists are growing like wildfire. Persecution (from within or without) will only make us stronger. By teaching the Faith the way it should be taught, traditionalists are arming future generations with the tools needed to defeat modernism. [AMEN! I'm here, trying to defeat Modernism, as I should be doing. I am of that future generation. I thank God every day for this glorious Faith of ours. If WE don't fight for the Faith of our forefathers, who will?! Who? It was almost wiped our by these enemies of our religion. Archbishop Lefebvre saved the TLM!
The rest of the Catholics have been sucked into this Modernism. Our Lady of LaSalette said "Fight, you children of light, the FEW who can SEE." That reigns true today. So we will continue to fight, come what may.]
Viva Christo rey!"
Anyway, don't want to take up the combox. I just want to share my thoughts with somebody, anybody that understands me...

"I was honestly expecting a Pope who would set everything back in order. Now, people are thinking everything is lost and hopeless, which brings you to Quito. Our Lady said when everything would be lost and hopeless, everything would be found well."
Likewise I keep thinking of this.
If I didn't have a diocesan TLM parish I would be straight to the local SSPX chapel.
Recent papacies have given the impression Church theology has changed by actions, Francis more so by words in his interviews. Did you see John Vennari's take on all this?

I am truly wondering what is going through Fr. Gruner's head these days. I mean, he must've been thinking this is "the" guy to consecrate Russia but what signs I've seen so far...would not warrant that hope.
charles
Charles,
I think Fr Gruner may be questioning the veracity of that seer or at least that prophecy. There are things Francis does that are diametrically opposed to one another and that worries me the most. There is smoke and mirrors - ie the supposed dedication to Our Lady of Fatima, immediately visiting the tomb of Pius V after becoming pope then the horrible comments recently as well as actions. Things aren't adding up.

Gloria.TV posted an 11 part discussion on Pope Leo XIII (I love that man on so many levels!!!) encyclical Libertas. There are some minor issues with the audio quality but the information and insight is amazing. The speakers only identified themselves as Rob & Rob but towards the end, the Rob providing the most information stated that he wrote an article on Papal Infallibility for the Remnant and I found it under the byline as Robert J. Siscoe.
I found links to 11 Parts of the podcast but I think there may be more coming, in the future.
Here is part 1:

"Did you see John Vennari's take on all this?"
I did.
I love the Pope so much. It pains me to have to be talking about this. Something is seriously wrong. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt for a while, not I'm not so sure anymore.
I don't know what to say, other than to pray. The Holy Father needs our prayers.
God bless.
~Hannah
It's a real worry when you have NARAL and Herod Obama praising the pope. Anything seems possible from here onward.
The absolute love for Pope Francis has become a worldwide joy. I really pray for those who can't understand why that is. May the Holy Spirit enlighten you to see the truth.
Sorry Mariana, at the moment it is absolute lunacy and simply sentimentalism. According to him Catholics are obsessed with abortion (is he speaking to Fr Pavone and those of his ilk?) and the worst problem in the world is youth unemployment, that was it for me and speaks volumes as to where he is coming from. Apart from lip service probably after being prompted by someone at the Vatican a day after the praise from NARAL does he actually believe there is life in the womb? If so it is a no brainer as to the greatest evil materialising from Godlessness.
God Bless Lou Verrecchio for speaking up another excellent article:
http://www.harvestingthefruit.com/game-on/
"Let’s dissect his creedal statement, keeping well in mind that Francis is not stupid. He is not simple, nor is he humble. He knows exactly what he is saying, and he says it proudly and without qualification."
BXVI, the time is now for you to release the hidden text of the Third Secret.
Jamey, I read the article in the blog.
What you say is most true, sad and true. Yet, even bad popes can still guide the Church and world events. The Holy Father’s call for fasting and prayers for Syria (and his letter to Putin) was truly awesome and I, like many faithful responded. There is an interesting article in the current Culture Wars which ascribes such an outpouring of love and response to the Holy Father was probably crucial in preventing Obama from doing Bibi’s commands and bombing Syria. Russia, through Putin, gained the moral high ground and the people in the USA and Britain, noticed. God works in mysterious ways, even with wayward popes! Vivat Christus Rex! Pray for our Holy Father, he needs it more than ever.
Hi Paul.
To have any peace the world must repent of its evils, anything else is a bandaid solution and maybe worse a smokescreen. Bishop Williamson made the salient point no matter how smart politicians and diplomats are they will not be able to prevent war if there is massive level of sin in the world - God will permit a demon to enter someone who will start a war. The church must convince the world sin actually exists and not simply to follow what they think and feel is right. Ultimately it starts with leading churchmen themselves taking sin very seriously.
Williamson also said the Church will not improve until there is a pope who has the power and courage to drive the devil straight out who has been there since 1960 likely when the pope disobeyed Heaven and refused to release the 3rd Secret.
God Bless
Jamey
Jamie
Everything you say is true, and Bishop Williamson is the greatest anglophone bishop. I note your change of avatar. I read his Eleison Comments and watch his Youtube sermons. A truly faithful servant of God. Since when was questioning aspects of the holocaust (such as the 6 million number and gas chambers) a sin in the Catholic Church?
But we know that we have the triumph of the Immaculate Heart to come, the good pope, whom Her son will send us - who I believe is living today - but first the Church must go into the tomb before these events will happen. We have some terrible times ahead for Holy Mother. Yes there will be truly terrible wars (notice how St Malachi uses the same word, tribulation. as the Parousia Discourse in St Matthew's Gospel (the likes of which has not been seen before and will not be seen again, Our Lord says). +Williamson has an interesting talk on the seven ages of the Church. All we can do is pray and trust in Jesus. Pax
"Suppose, dear friend, that Communism was only the most visible of the instruments of subversion to be used against the Church and the traditions of Divine Revelation...
"I am worried by the Blessed Virgin's messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in her liturgy, her theology and her soul. ...
"I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject her ornaments and make her feel remorse for her historical past.
"A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them, like Mary Magdalene weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, "Where have they taken Him?" (emphasis added)
... Pope Pius XII
Marianne, please read that over and over again. One of these days, it'll dawn on you, I hope.
~Hannah
"Ultimately it starts with leading churchmen themselves taking sin very seriously."
Jamey,
Even the Pope doesn't take sin as seriously as he should. That's obvious from these interviews. God, have mercy on us.
I'm trying to make sense of all this. I'm worried and concerned. For one thing, what's with all the sentimentality and luv? Sometimes you feel like the Pope is talking to kindergartners. The world is going to hell in a handbasket! We're on the brink of catastrophic Chastisements. They should be crying out from the Dome of St. Peter's, releasing the Third Secret and warning this world to repent. But, I haven't heard a peep from Rome. Maybe, I'm deaf or something. Yet, everyone is falling all over this themselves over this sentimentality. Everyone's screaming at us to look at the little flower while Rome burns (I think I borrowed that phrase from Voris). People need to wake up. I mean, look at the encyclicals from pre-conciliar Popes. That's back when Popes talked like Popes and weren't making excuses for evil, but condemning evil. And the Pope is saying we're obsessing? We should be! Souls are going to hell, whether we want to hear it or not. We're supposed to be saving people from hell. I don't hear homilies about these evils.
Now, the SSPX is another story. I've been sitting there on Sunday morning, trying to keep my jaw closed. Our Priest is fearless. He mentions hell and says people burn there. I thank him every time he says Mass. The man drives from another state every week to say Mass at our chapel Friday-Sunday. Why? Because HE CARES about us and our souls. But, yeah it doesn't fufill your obligation, right? They're schismatics, right? I mean, we can't have people be Catholic anymore! God forbid that! I don't believe any of that anymore. The SSPX is like another world for me. A Catholic world where I can really be myself without being judged and condemned by Catholics because I'm Catholic. People have been telling me I'm cutting myself off from the Church and the Pope and Bishops? WHAT?! I have no intention of doing such a thing. I just want to practice my Religion like my forefathers did. I want to keep my Faith and defeat Modernism. It's what I have to do.
Anyway, sorry for the long post. I just have to get it out, to somebody.
These words say it all. They're mine too, as far as I'm concerned:
“I have never changed. I have preached and done what the Church has always taught. I have never changed what the Church said in the Council of Trent and at the First Vatican Council. So who has changed? It is the enemy, as Pope St. Pius X said, the enemy who is working within the Church because he wants the Church to be finished with her tradition.” (Archbishop Lefebvre, Homily, Venice, April 7, 1980)
And this:
"If my work is of God, He will guard it and use it for the good of the Church. Our Lord has promised us, the gates of Hell shall not prevail against Her." -Archbishop Levebvre
Thank God for this great man. If it wasn't for him, I shudder to think of what would have happened to the TLM.
Keep on fighting for the Faith, Jamey.
God bless.
~Hannah
Yawn.....How many trad's out there who are trashing the Pope, compared to the rest of us? So, few that they're insignificant. All you have Jamey and Hannah is the internet to complain, complain, complain.
"Yawn.....How many trad's out there who are trashing the Pope, compared to the rest of us?"
Well, Marianne, I don't know what to tell you.
I am not "trashing the Pope" as you put it. I don't know why on earth you would say such a thing. I'm questioning the Pope here and with what's going on, we have a right to. One doesn't have to agree with everything the Pope says or does. It's not like he's a god.
"So, few that they're insignificant."
Insignificant?
You think Catholics who hold to all the teachings of the Church are insignificant?
You think Catholics who worship at the Traditional Latin Mass which was put into law for all time by Pope Pius V are insignificant?
You think Catholics that choose to hold onto all our traditions are insignificant?
That's a strong statement, ma'am. I suppose all the Catholics that have every lived for 2,000 years are insignificant, right?
"All you have Jamey and Hannah is the internet to complain, complain, complain."
This isn't an issue of complaining. It's an issue of standing up for the truth, which very few don't know or don't want to know today.
You do realize that the Church is in the worst crisis in her history? We stand up for the truth. That's it. We are in a crisis of faith. That's what we're trying to get people to understand. If you don't like it, or want to hear it, or freak out over the pretty little flowers you see in the Church while the Faith collapses and Rome loses the Faith, then fine. We can't make people accept the truth, BUT we can hold onto the Faith as it was always taught and believed and practiced. If we're insignificant weirdos for just being Catholic, then so be it. I would rather be an insignificant fool, then lose my soul or/and go along and compromise with Modernism. I guess Pope Pius X is insignificant since he said himself, the traditionalists are the true friends of the people. But, of course that was pre-Vatican II. Can't have any of that, now can we?
God bless you.

Greetings! My apologies because this comment isn't on topic, but I couldn't find an email address for you. I'm working my way through your book and came across something that may need to be corrected if there is a second edition.
On page 45 you talk about Sr. Lucia saying there would be a worse war breaking out during the pontificate of Pius XI. You then have a footnote stating the Pius XI died in Feb. 1939 before the German invasion of Poland.
This is a common misconception or perhaps Western bias. WW2 started on Sept. 19, 1931 with the Japanese invasion of Manchuria, which continued with the Japanese invasion of China. If you've ever watched Frank Capra's set of documentary/propaganda films "Why We Fight", it starts out describing how this war we were fighting didn't start with Pearl Harbor or Poland, but 8 years earlier.
So, in fact the "more deadly war" was raging during the reign of Pius XI. (I would be curious to know if Mary told Sr. Lucia the name "Pius XI", since Benedict XV was reigning at the time of the apparitions. If so, then that name can be considered another Fatima prophecy that came true.)
Hannah, Pope Francis is all about tradition. He is teaching us how to be true Catholics. Somewhere along the way you lost that notion. During the days of Christ, society was at the brink of total corruption. And what did Christ do? He went to all the people, good or bad, and preached the truth with love, not hate. You don't convert sinners by judging them. You change them through kindness and setting a good example of charity. This is the true tradition of love we need in this "all about me" world we live in right now. And Pope Francis is setting that example brilliantly. People are responding in the thousands. They are listening and responding to the word of God. At the end of the day, that's what counts.
More than ever we are seeing Masonic theology but at least he doesn't put up a veneer of orthodoxy. Doctrine as stale as it sounds is critical and if churchmen are preaching perverted doctrine what chance does the world have in genuinely converting. "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me." (Hosea 4:6)
A good moment to watch the below clip at the 50 min mark regarding the possible role of B16's abdication in Fatima prophecy and whether we are going to see a church leader who is friends with the world uniting the false church of darkness to the world whilst the true church is driven underground in a more definitive manner:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXj-atEETUY
Hi Jim,
You're certainly quite right about certain events in WWII having their origins earlier (such as Japan vs. China).
However Sr. Lucia's words concerning the war that breaks out during the pontificate of Pius XI appears to be directly linked to the Great Aurora of 1938 ("when you see a light illuminated by an unknown light, etc."). It seems that Sr. Lucia viewed the Great Aurora as the point at which the war broke out, which did in fact take place during the pontificate of Pius XI. We know the importance Sr. Lucia attached to this aurora from her memoirs. The fact that the Secret doesn't go down the easy route and state that the war would break out during the pontificate of Pius XII, makes it all the more authentic for me...
Emmett, I also think the accuracy of the Third Secret (ie predicting a huge apostasy and to be released in 1960) indicates the genuine nature of Sr Lucia and Fatima in general. We know for sure the Third Secret was written before the spiritual chastisements on the church itself from 1960 onward.
Looking at the nature of the Fatima visions themselves as I outlined above, all of which confirm the aspects of Catholicism viewed as controversial by other Christians we can see how directly relevant they are to the past 100 years when disbelief was to become the norm.
Jamey, what churchmen in the Catholic Church is preaching perverted doctrine?
Do you not read Spirit Daily? Have you not read any articles on Pope Francis? His last teaching was against worldliness. Seriously, you sound so MDM it's ridiculous.
The following Baptist minister whilst not generally hostile to Catholicism talks about the "theological wreck" of Francis' interview, through sheer logic I will let it answer your charges:
http://erlc.com/article/some-thoughts-on-pope-francis
Spirit Daily whilst having good and insightful articles (some written by Michael Brown himself whom I do respect) is also pro charismatic, pro Medjugorje so there is a bit of poison on that site I am afraid to say.
When people invest a lot of time and energy in things (such as Michael Brown with Medjugorje) they will try to preserve their edifices (eg the new VII theology) with all their might even when it becomes obviously apparent they have built their constructs on quicksand.
How many of the cardinals and bishops (and the pope himself) were formed in the 1960's with the destructive new theology and Mass which they are trying to hang onto with dear life and it stings when those with honest, clear and precise logic highlight the fatal flaws in their beliefs and many unfortunately get nasty.
You still have not answered my question. What proof do you have they spew "fatal flaws" in their beliefs?
Read the comments on Moore's article. You will then understand how silly it is to complain about Francis.
Michael Brown as "poison"!!!!Hahahaha, such a masonic claim. Haahahhaahhhaha!
Mariana,
The comments on a persons blog do not reflect the blogmasters thoughts. For example my thoughts are not Emmett's thoughts. Likewise those commenting on Mr Moore's blog are not Mr Moore and don't invalidate his argument.
Saying there is some poison on Michael Brown's site is not the same as saying the guy is completely poison. I get the impression he is a thoroughly decent person. However Medjugorje which he is a big promoter of is poisonous to the faith. Likewise there are some decent Protestant people however they do have poisonous tenets/heresies to their theology there is a distinction.
Regarding theology - if the worst problem in the world is youth unemployment does he believe there is a human being in the womb? If so it is a no brainer what is the greatest evil in the world.
A couple more examples with commentary from Mr Verrechio:
1. “The Son of God became incarnate in the souls of men to instill the feeling of brotherhood. All are brothers and all children of God. Abba, as he called the Father.”
Again, we must resist the urge to believe that Francis is simply dull of intellect. He is not. He knows what the Incarnation is according to Catholic doctrine. Even so, he is, in the favored technique of the modernists, purposefully redefining a key component of the Catholic faith, in this case, who Jesus is, even while employing a vocabulary that is comforting to the faithful.
To be more specific, by beginning this preposterous statement with, “The Son of God,” foolish Christians will let their guard down and either accept, or perhaps simply dismiss, what follows, but it is precisely this that deserves intense scrutiny.
Everyone reading this understands well that the Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord has nothing whatsoever do with “feelings of brotherhood.” If that were its purpose, Baptism would be of no use, nor would any need exist for conversion to the one true faith that Jesus established.
2. “Each of us has a vision of good and of evil. We have to encourage people to move towards what they think is good. And I repeat it here. Everyone has his own idea of good and evil and must choose to follow the good and fight evil as he conceives them. That would be enough to make the world a better place.”
Jesus identified Himself as the way, the truth and the life.
In the space of just a relative handful of words, Pope Francis has defined “the way” as a matter of brotherly love; “the truth” as whatever one thinks is good, and “the life” after which we seek as a goal for the here and now.
In other words, Pope Francis has redefined Jesus Christ in terms that are perfectly acceptable to secular Jews, heathens and atheists; i.e., those who plainly reject Him and therefore He who sent Him.
Difficult though it is to accept, we must hear the words of Pope Francis for what they plainly express, and that is the solemn doctrine of the church of man.
I agree that some of the Holy Father's recent comments are troubling. But I think it's still too early into this papacy to know what Pope Francis truly believes. Given his spontaneous nature, this is a very different style from his predecessors. And when you veer away from carefully scripted public speeches you can run into all sorts of trouble. We have to remember that there is a charasm that comes with the chair of St. Peter which protects the pope from making errors on matters of faith and morals when speaking ex cathedra. So it would be impossible for any pope to formally approve of anything contrary to the faith, including abortions, homosexuality, female clergy, etc. Look at Alexander VI...
But it is certainly possible for a pope to make mistakes and blunders during public speeches which are not ex cathedra proclamations.
It can be very easy to misinterpret some of Pope Francis' recent comments. I don't believe for a second that he suggesting that evils such as abortion etc should not be condemned. What he is saying is that we should not go around hitting everyone with a big stick if we want to win converts, and this is very much in keeping with V2. This kind of philosophy is based on Matt 10:16:
"Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves."
(Matt 10:16)
Personally I think it would be a huge mistake to remain silent on abortion. The blood of these innocents is crying out to God from the ground for justice. But I don't think this is what Pope Francis meant. It seems that the focus of this papacy is to follow the example of Jesus and sit down at the table with sinners.
I would also like to see a turnaround in making provisions for more widespread use of the Latin Mass. I keep thinking of my theory concerning the oracles to the seven churches of Asia Minor in relation to the seven last popes on St. Malachy's list:
“And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: ‘The words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God's creation.
“‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. For you say, I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing, not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’”
(Rev 3:14-22)
Hello Emmett,
You say "I think it's still too early into this papacy to know what Pope Francis truly believes."
But surely Emmett we should know what a Pope believes the second he steps out on the balcony - the doctrine of the church pure and simple.
I would love somebody to tell me that the quotes Jamey has posted were not in fact accurately recorded or translated, but I shall base this comment on the presumption that they were.
"The Son of God became incarnate in the souls of men..." No, He became incarnate in the womb of the Blessed Virgin Our Lady.
If he truly believes in the doctrine of the incarnation and kept it close to his heart every single moment of the day he wouldn't come out with stuff like that. Off the cuff remarks should drop like pearls of wisdom, nuggets of gold, something to be treasured by the faithful. Instead he is coming out with a load of tripe.
Furthermore, if it is easy to misinterpret what he has been saying, then either he is confused himself, or he is not being sufficiently cautious to avoid sowing confusion. Either way that doesn't satisfy the description of being wise as a serpent and innocent as a dove.
When Jesus sat down to eat with sinners he would have made sure that that the necessity for repentance was understood. If the Pope has mentioned repentance NARAL and co must have missed it.
That was a mistranslation by La Republica. Fr Z points out that the actual English translation should read: "The Son of God was incarnate in order to instill in soul of men the feeling of brotherhood." Which is completely different...

The below are direct quotes taken from another blog :cathloicinbrooklyn.com from Sunday's 10/6 post.
Something to think about:
May God bless us,
J
When I first read the headlines about the interviews with the Pope, I admit to being concerned. The Pope says abortion and same sex marriage aren't important issues? The Pope says all we need to do is follow our own conscience? How can this be? Then I took the time to read the interviews, and was both enlightened and delighted at the message of love and compassion from the Holy Father. I saw the words of a man who truly loves humanity and wants, above all else, to save as many souls as he can. In other words, I saw Christ in Pope Francis.
For all of you who think Pope Francis is a left wing liberal out to do away with the clear teaching of the Church, remember that he says 15 mysteries of the Rosary every day and spends an hour every day in Eucharistic Adoration. Pope Francis is one of the busiest people in the world, and yet he still manages to do this. How many of us can say we do as much? Pope Francis obviously has a deep love for our Lord, for his Church and for people in general. He is the Vicar of Christ. We need to listen to him, and like our Blessed Mother, when we don't understand something, we need to keep it in our hearts and ask for the understanding, not announce to the world that Our Holy Father is a crazed lunatic. When it comes to doubt, the first one to doubt is always ourselves.
When you decide you need to "groan out loud," first remember who the accuser of the brethren is. Make sure you're not aligning yourself with him.
The Church has no other meaning and finality than to witness to Jesus. May we not forget this.
— Pope Francis (@Pontifex) September 23, 2013
“Never will anyone who says his Rosary every day be led astray. This is a statement that I would gladly sign with my blood.” St. Louis de Montfort
Thank you Emmett.
I have been looking at Fr. Z's "What did the Pope really say" and had forgotten about that bit.
Mistranslation is only one of the problems. I'm totally uninspired by all this.
Thank you Emmett and J. Misinterpreting our Pope's statements comes natural to the media of worldliness. I just read on Spirit Daily a quote from Justice Scalia's son, who is a priest in Virginia. I thought it was important to this discussion. "Pope Francis is absolutely right about the Church needing to concentrate more on mercy and outreach than on fighting the culture wars...instead talk more about Jesus Christ and evangelize." (Mat 10:16)is a very good example of what Pope Francis is doing.
Jamey,
I thought you might find this of interest about Pope Pius XII.
Just wanted to throw it out there.
I keep thinking of the Pope who was shot in the vision of the Fatima children. Of course, it didn't happen but..
How interesting...

Emmett, thank-you for sharing your thoughts on Francis.
"The Son of God was incarnate in order to instill in soul of men the feeling of brotherhood."
Even in this case that wasn't the purpose of the incarnation. Also Christ came to bring a sword to the world.
"What he is saying is that we should not go around hitting everyone with a big stick if we want to win converts, and this is very much in keeping with V2"
The thing is 1 in maybe 10,0000,000 Catholics use the big stick. The media's strawman of the bible bashing Christian is what he may be alluding to but effectively doesn't exist in Catholicism. This strawman is what has been used by Satan to make Christians quiet and scared of being labelled a fundie.
Instinctively if one was aware of the gravity of abortion then automatically that would come out in the interview as the worst evil in the world not youth unemployment. The "church has never been in better shape", the "Council was a beautiful work of the Holy Spirit" despite the greatest apostasy since A.D. I have a very faint hope with his supposed devotion to our Lady that either he has some form of conversion or is lulling enemies into a false sense of security and then will pull a Fatima Sunrise.
The impression I get thus far is someone who wants the world to like him. A pope who will make a real stand against society and the apostates in the church will be punished and persecuted like never before by the world with the internet and modern forms of media.
Hannah that is an interesting connection.
You guys may be interested in the following analysis about Benedict XVI's comments on the Third Secret and the overlooked "It has spoken":
http://keepingitcatholic.blogspot.com.au/2010/05/pope-benedict-on-third-secret-it-is.html
At stages it seemed that Benedict doubted the 3rd Secret even alluding Lucia possibly engaging her imagination. However something changed from the late 90's to 2010. One thing for sure is the sex scandals in 2002 (unchaste priest was most likely in there also given Quito mentioned it) but could it also be Russia rising to power again under Putin and new tensions between her and the West.
http://www.remnantnewspaper.com/Archives/2013-0930-c-ferrara-pope-francis-repubblica-interview.htm
Ferrara had this to say at the end:
There are other examples, but the point is made. The liberal utterances of this Pope are so disturbing, and the world’s thunderous applause so alarming, that we are suddenly facing a new stage in what Pope Benedict (writing as Cardinal Ratzinger) called “the continuing process of decay” that began immediately after the Council.
Mike Matt and others have rightly noted that Pope Francis is merely extending the trajectory on which the human element of the Church has been moving since Vatican II. As Neumayr puts it, Francis is “run[ning] the ball into the end zone…”—just when we thought, under Pope Benedict, that team Vatican II had been penalized and moved back a few crucial yards toward the goalpost of Tradition. But under Francis the ball is moving downfield again with amazing rapidity, even beyond where it was before Benedict was Pope. Now, not only we traditionalists, but also prominent conservative Catholics of good will are standing up and calling foul. With us, they can see what lies ahead in the end zone, and they do not like what they see; they are, in fact, frightened by it.
Perhaps, then, the emergence of Jorge Bergoglio from the last conclave was a providential development. For it is forcing more and more Catholics to make a choice: either the continued absorption of the Church into the “modern world” to which the conciliar Popes imprudently opened the Church’s windows, or a definitive return to the safety of the very “fortress” the “spirit of Vatican II” despises: that house built upon the rock of Peter; that refuge of sinners, sustained against the storms by the solid structure of obedience to the commands of the Gospel: “And every one that heareth these my words, and doth them not, shall be like a foolish man that built his house upon the sand/And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat upon that house, and it fell, and great was the fall thereof…. If you love me, keep my commandments.” (Matt. 7:24-27; Jn. 14:15).

I think the words of Bl. Jacinta Marto are more relevant now than ever:
"Poor Holy Father... there is a great need to pray for him."
Hello,
I haven't been here for awhile, I have to take a look, check to see if anyone replied to my sharing the Warning, the anti-Christ, the Chastisement, the era of peace (the 7th Day) sequence of events.
I understand the disbelief concerning John Leary, we'll know
for sure and soon if he was just waylaid for a bit or never God's prophet.
This is written much better than I can say and briefly (Our Lord is perfect), the August message sums up the sequence of events for the Great Tribulation except for the Chastisement.
Remember for now, one way or another we'll see. I typed the CAPS.
love,
Mary

Sunday, August 18, 2013:
Jesus said: “My people, I have given this message about a coming Warning experience many times, but now it IS TRULY AT THE DOOR. Just as you heard one witness ask if this is truly going to happen, I am telling you that it is true, and it will happen. This will come in My time, and not when you want it. I know that many sinners are not prepared for the coming evil of the Antichrist of the tribulation time. My Warning experience will be similar to a ‘near death’ experience when you will come to My Light through a tunnel of time outside of your body. I will show all of you a life review of all of your good and bad actions with an emphasis on your unforgiven sins. At the end of your life review, you will have a fair mini-judgment to heaven, hell, or purgatory. This is a picture of where your life is headed, if you do not change your life. You will also have a preview of what your soul’s destination would be like so that you will know the consequences of your actions. You will be warned not to take the mark of the beast or a computer chip in your body, and not to worship the Antichrist. You then will be placed back into your body in time, and you will have six weeks of time for your conversion to change your life. Then you will see events move quickly that will bring the Antichrist into power. You need to prepare yourself spiritually with repentance in Confession to minimize the severity of any punishment. Remove all of your electronic devices from your homes, and be prepared with some camping supplies to leave for My refuges when I warn you that it is time to leave. Before martial law you can call on Me, and I will have your guardian angel lead you to the nearest refuge with a small flame. Your angel will put a veil of invisibility around you to protect you. You will have a cross on your forehead that will allow you to enter any refuge. Have no fear because I am always with you.”

Thanks Charles and Emmett.
http://www.harvestingthefruit.com/a-new-genre-of-papal-speech/
"Very importantly, in the aftermath of these now common occurrences, the pope doesn’t circle back to offer corrections or revisions concerning the supposedly misunderstood commentary; on the contrary, he simply soldiers on with his program, ultimately trumping himself with new and even more unsettling humanist rhetoric.
So, why the lack of papal clarifications?
That brings us to the most noteworthy portion of Fr. Lombardi’s statement, as reported by John Allen:
Nonetheless, Lombardi stopped short of saying that every line was literally as pronounced by the pope, suggesting instead that it represents a new genre of papal speech that’s deliberately informal and not concerned with precision.
A new genre of papal speech? Not concerned with precision? Are you kidding me?
My friends, this is wholesale, unadulterated lunacy; it is dangerous and flat out irresponsible.
Does not respect for the sacred deposit of Christian doctrine and the office of the papacy demand a very deep concern for precision in matters of faith?"
............................
Also we can see how God has protected the Church amidst this crisis and confusion with no popes making any calls on a dogmatic level since Pius XII.
As another blogger put it and Ferrari alludes at least now things are out in the open - Rome will either be fixed or completely set on fire which means the restoration is close at hand.
Emmett I love your blog and I truly believe you must be guided by the Holy Spirit in your writings as you make sense of things that I never would in a hundred years. I'm not even sure I'm worthy to comment. I am a Catholic and I love my faith, it has got me though so much in this past year. I am sad however when I do read the comments regarding our Holy Father. When I read the criticism, all I hear is the crowd shouting "Crucify him, Crucify him" and I get a pain in my heart. Infact in one of the comments I got the impression that if our Holy Pope was martyred it would be a good thing for the Church, I just couldn't believe it. I think you are right... the words of Bl. Jacinta Marto are more relevant now than ever:
"Poor Holy Father... there is a great need to pray for him."
Criticism is fine as long as done in the right spirit. Many people are justly concerned that there has been a profound rupture in the presentation of Church teaching. For example high ranking cardinals and even the Holy Father allude that atheists can go to Heaven without properly explaining the basic theology on salvation. Many are also justly frustrated that the path set down on the past 50 years and with profound failure hasn't been learned from but merely accelerated. I am sure many who make criticisms also pray for the Holy Father every day. I haven't seen a comment here where someone is joyously awaiting the martyrdom of the Holy Father.
Criticizing Pope Francis is not done with a good spirit. Poor Pope Francis, criticized exactly as Jesus was.
So much going on and the below 4 items in connection with one another have been going through my head:
In the Fatima visions we have someone who looks like the pope and is dressed in white but isn't really the pope (B16). Out of liturgical services only the pope (and now B16) can wear all white.
We have Sr LeRoyer's prophecy of chastisement likely by the end of the 20th century and at the latest 2 decades into the 21st century.
The 100 years from either 1917 or 1929 that Russia must be consecrated or else the Lord's ministers will befall the same fate as the king of France, given Sr LeRoyer's prophecy the former seems more likely especially coupled with the following:
The lightning strikes on St Peter's after B16's abdication.
Good night from Perth and God Bless
Thanks Ciara! You are too kind...
Here is the link to the SSPX article.
http://thesensiblebond.blogspot.ca/p/why-i-left-sspx-milieu.html
For my part, I think that there must be some reason why B16 chose to keep the title "Pope Emeritus" and to dress in white. Hopefully, all shall become clear someday...
And it still amazes me that he perfectly describes the Bishop dressed in white in the part of the Third Secret that was revealed in 2000.
Not to mention, the two Popes Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich mentioned.
I hope it does become clear one day. It sure baffles me.
I just pray that the refusal, once again, of the Pope to consecrate Russia (*sigh*) doesn't have dire consequences. The 100th Anniversary is coming soon. Our Lord said misfortune would befall us like it did the King of France. At the same time, I pray there are fruits from this Consecration. Sometimes I wonder why is something so very easy so very hard to do?
One day, I'll figure this out...
~Hannah
Hannah,
It is very frustrating regarding the consecration. At least we have faith imagine being an atheist.
Some commentators seem to think there will finally be the proper consecration and release of the entire 3rd Secret once a catastrophic war begins. I pray daily the consecration is done before it is late but the likelihood is not great especially given the Akita message that "If sins increase in gravity there will be no forgiveness" and the current state of play.
Spirit Daily had the article of Aussie prolifers peacefully demonstrating being bashed, I didn't see it elsewhere because of a total blackout on the issue from local news outlets. But a gay guy gets bashed recently and it was all over the media - they were eventually disappointed as they found it was a result of a tiff with his "lover". Police saw what was happening to the pro-lifers but did nothing. The pro-lifers are about the last remnant left of Catholic action and they will be well looked after on the terrible day of Judgement.
Hi Jamey,
Could we take this to email? I just got a new one recently:

Hello Emmett and to All who regularly read/post here,
This is a bit off topic, but 2017 has been mentioned several times for its significance to our history. When I read the story below, and the date mentioned, I felt urged to share the article below and to see if anyone has any insight to share. Surely, this can not be random happenstance.
May God bless you all,

If you take the RFID Microchip they can TRACK your every move, Control your MONEY, Control your FOOD and possible even KILL you if you don’t obey!
A number of states like Virginia, have passed “stop the mark of the beast legislation” in an effort to stop this.

Revelations 13:16,17 “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”
Hi Jennifer,
All the above dynamics you cite concerning RFID chips in relation to the mark of the beast already exists right now in the form of cell phones. I believe we need to look no further than the humble mobile phone to see the fulfillment of the "mark" of the beast. The idea of an implantable microchip would have been quite foreign to St. John, who understood the "mark" of the beast to be something along the lines of a diabolically oriented version of a Jewish phylactery - which was a box-shaped object worn on the hand or forehead by contemporary Jews during prayer services. So the Apostle John would have understood this "mark" to be a phylactery-like object of sorts worn on the exterior of the person, rather than a tiny object that was worn invisibly beneath the skin (which of course would have been incomprehensible during the 1st century). Not many people would accept a mircochip implant, but the vast majority of people in the world own a mobile phone right now.
Either way, it would be necessary for the Church to formally identify and condemn such technology before it could have any spiritual effects - Christ bequeathed the keys of heaven and hell to St. Peter. Catholics should understand this portion of Scripture quite differently from Protestants, since we believe that all sin is forgivable in the Sacrament of Confession, while Protestants generally adopt a "once saved, always saved" approach.
It is interesting that you make the link between the mark of the Beast and Fatima though - I am working on something on this right now at the minute. Remember Sr. Lucia said the the contents of the Third Secret related to chapters 8-13 of the Apocalypse - which ends with a focus on the chapter concerning the mark of the Beast.
dear Emmet, do You think, the recent consecration-entrustment was one of those crucial as we know them?
frank
There certainly wasn't as much effort put into this consecration as that of 1984 and 2000 - which was done in conjunction with the world's bishops. This was probably due to the rather impromptu nature of this event. Consecrations, when done properly, require a lot of organisation.
It looks like we're going to have to wait until the centenary in 1917 to see something of more significance. All consecrations bring graces however.
does it change something in your view? i'm alluding to Your recent posts where the consecrating is mentioned as one of the mosaic stones in current events.
Interesting how October 31, 2017 will be the 500th anniversary of the start of the reformation (Luther posting his 95); and October 13, 2017 will be the 100th anniversary of the miracle of the sun at Fatima. 13...31
Anne
Frank - Looking at the historical events that occurred around the previous consecrations, we can see that the practice of this devotion has an extraordinary influence over future developments. In fact, Our Lady of Fatima explicitly connected devotion to her Immaculate Heart with the coming of the Second Pentecost, when an era of peace would be granted to the world. These actions demonstrate the power and efficacy of prayer.
The recent consecration will definitely bring some form of blessing to the Church. But what exactly this is, and the extent of the outpouring of this grace is almost impossible to perceive before it occurs. We'll just have to wait to see what the future will bring.
Thanks for pointing that out Anne! I definitely think that we are on the verge of a great reversal, when the fruits of the Reformation will be completely turned on its head. I hope that another, better organised consecration will take place at the centenary of the apparitions in 2017. Years of planning in advance should allow the world's bishops enough time to keep their diaries free and converge upon Fatima at the given date.
Mr. O’Regan, I came across this blog several months ago. I have read each entry & most of the comments, though not all. I received your book about 3 days ago and I am in the process of reading it. Since you published this book in 2011 you may or may not be aware of an error in it, and I saw no mention of an error in your blog. FYI, on page 43, the footnote, 17 states “As he reigned for only three months before his premature death in 1979 Pope John Paul the I did not live long enough to show….” Pope John Paul I died in 1978 not 79 and was pope for 33 days not three months. DDP
Emmett,
2017 will be an interesting year indeed. Your remark "when the fruits of the Reformation will be completely turned on its head" instantly reminded me of St.Bosco's dream of all the small boats disappearing while the Barque of Peter is strongly tethered. Hopefully the church will NOT be disappointed with that year. I do fear though that that year also could be the year of communism conquering the world, raising the red flag over St. Peter's dome, Russia invading Europe etc. If there is any real life in the idea that the Fatima consecration will occur, I would have to assume that the enemies within the church will know this in advance, as up till now, they knew there would not be a SERIOUS attempt to do what Our Lady had asked to do in the first place and that was the consecration of Russia.

On August 21, 2017 , on the eve of the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary a solar eclipse will occur. Perhaps of value, maybe just coincidence. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solar_eclipse_of_August_21,_2017

Hello Emmett,
Just a few dates, for what they are worth...
Grand Duke Michael, brother of Nicholas II and named by him as his successor when he abdicated, was the first of the imperial family to be murdered after the Bolshevik revolution. He died on 13th June 1918.
Grand Duchess Olga, Nicholas II's sister, who died in Canada in 1960, was the last surviving child of a Tsar. She was born on 13th June 1882.
Apart from being the date of one of the Fatima apparitions in 1917, 13th June was the date in 1929 when Sr. Lucia received an apparition calling for the consecration of Russia.
The last surviving Empress of Russia was Nicholas II's mother, Maria Feodorovna, who died in 1928 in Denmark on 13th October.
Also, if you haven't already seen it, here is an article about the correlation of the dates of the Fatima apparitions with the movements of Lenin.

Charles,
The date you give, 21st August is the feast of St Pius X. The feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is moveable, and falls no later than 3rd July.
Hello again Charles,
Yes, looking at the old liturgical calendar, you are right. On the new calendar 22nd August is the Queenship of Mary - either way, an important feast. Sorry, I have been having a bit of a confusing time grappling with the old Russian Julian calendar and the Gregorian calendar to make sure my last but one comment was all correct.

A preview of things to come? ;)
I am very interested to see whether this situation with the statue turning around in the Philippines is bona fide. An old fisheaters poster Vincentius is going to check it out as he is in that country.
Regarding the Fr Villa Third Secret, a reliable poster from suscipe:
"For what it's worth, Fr. Gommer De Pauw was in Rome when this version of the secret appeared, and he said that he received indications from people who had read it that at least part of it was accurate to the true 3rd Secret."
Our Lady's messages from Medjugorje for the past year or so have been imploring us NOT to let ourselves be separated from our shepherds. I'm as confused by Pope Francis' statements as everyone else on this board but I believe we have to listen to what Our Lady is asking. She knows how all the future events will play out. We should humbly submit ourselves to her requests lest we play right into the hands of our adversary.
Hello Emmet, I remember you ever mentioned that one day we will all use one currency. Could it be bitcoins?
http://news.yahoo.com/norwegian-man-buys-flat-forgotten-24-bitcoin-investment-174651722.html
Vincentius of Fisheaters checked out the turned statue in the Philippines and believes it is fraudulent:
"I'm back from Cebu and have much to say about the Holy Virgin of Simala but will relate them a little later. I will post them from my website, too many pictures to show. I am truly spent healthwise, thought my lungs would give up. At my last pulmonary function test the result showed that I had the lungs of a 103 yr old man! Some 24% functional only. My daugther and niece prayed for a cure though this may not be God' will and the good of my soul.
One thing about the "miracle" of the 'turned' statue: none of those who are residents and daily visitors here know nothing about it. There is no statue in the whole Church that is turned. Must be a publicity stunt -- the papers have not reported on it as this could not be verified.
Will post more tomorrow. You won' t believe the beauty and grandure. A basilica in the middle of nowhere. I wish I knew how to post pictures here."
Seems to be quite a few Eucharist miracles of recent, this one of a levitating host looks pretty genuine to me, was recorded live in France 1999:

Thanks for sending the info on that statue Jamey. It's bizarre how these rumours start...
Emmet, there was a big fireball in the Pacific Northwest of the US and Canada this week. Maybe of some interest?
http://theextinctionprotocol.wordpress.com/2013/11/01/major-fireball-spotted-in-u-s-pacific-northwest-more-than-200-sightings-reported/
"Thanks for sending the info on that statue Jamey. It's bizarre how these rumours start..."
Unfortunately such things demonstrate how we need to be on guard before accepting anything as true.
Sr Lorraine I would expect if the big one isn't far away then God will continue to send fireballs with greater frequency such as that exhibited over Russia earlier in the year. I think it was Bishop Williamson who said it is not like God to just send the Great Chastisement without some type of major warning (a couple we have already received - eg Akita).
Thanks Sr. Lorraine! There have been quite a lot of these fireballs this year, since the Russian meteor strike. Falling stars are always associated with the casting out of demons in the Bible, so this seems to be signifying that we have reached a pivotal moment in the realm of spiritual warfare.
Hello Emmett, this is interesting
https://insidethevatican.com/lead-story/russians-coming
When I was in Rome in October I was struck by the sight of the Argentinian and Russian flags flying on the same building. The Embassies to the Holy See of both countries are in the same building on the Via della Conciliazone.
Thanks, Emmett! The fireballs are continuing in California; one was possibly a meteor strike. Could be the Taurids meteor shower, but they are brighter than normal. And flying over Hollywood--I see that as a sign!
Most definitely signs Muv and Sr Lorraine. We are living in interesting times. We need to stay close and united as Catholics. I believe Pope Francis will answer to our Blessed Mother's calls. He is doing His work.
Emmett, what do you think of the terrible typhoon in the Philippines in relation to the prophecies, etc.?
Hi Sr. Lorraine,
Do you mean with the rumours concerning the statue of Our Lady of Fatima, etc.? I think recent events in the Philippines is certainly interesting in relation to the timing of the consecration. First the 7.2 magnitude earthquake in Bohol, then the category 5 typhoon - and all this in one of the most predominately Catholic countries in the world. The rumours of the statue turning backwards on itself just after the earthquake, and before the typhoon struck, would be fascinating if they were genuine... As Jamey mentioned above though, there is a discussion on this over at the Fisheaters forum, where the authenticity of these claims are called into doubt:
http://catholicforum.fisheaters.com/index.php/topic,3461534.40.html
One of the commentators actually visited the shrine where this statue was supposed to have turned, and it most definitely wasn't located at the site originally claimed, and none of the locals knew anything about it. So the "turned statue" pictures were almost certainly a hoax.
What is interesting though is that the story about the statue of the Virgin Mary surviving the collapse of Our Lady of Light Church at Loon in Bohol is in fact genuine. This would appear to be significant, given the connection with Our Lady of Light - a title which is used for the appearances of the Virgin Mary at Zeitoun, which I argue are directly associated with the prophecy of the Woman Adorned with the Sun in Rev 12:
http://unveilingtheapocalypse.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/our-lady-of-light-and-apocalyptic.html
So this also seems to echo the struggle between the Dragon and the Woman Adorned with the Sun...
The devil is attacking the most vulnerable and most devoted to our blessed mother. It is a struggle between the dragon And the woman adorned with the sun. How sorry I feel for them.
Emmett,
Apparently there is real apostasy in the Philippines as well, one of the last strongholds of Catholicism. Anyone who has seen the little turbocharged Philippino women praying rosary in the chapels will know what I mean of the special graces they have been given - To whom much has been given much is expected. Apparently youth there massively turning away from God. The timing of recent events seems to indicate there will be no more blessings for failed consecrations but punishment - would you agree with this Emmett?
Also worth revisiting Sr Aiello's prophecies:
The Blessed Mother to Sr Aiello Good Friday 1955
"The justice of God is weighing upon the world. Mankind, defiled in the mire, soon will be washed in its own blood, by disease; by famine; by earthquakes; by cloudbursts, tornadoes, floods, and terrible storms; and by war. But men ignore all these warnings, and are unwilling to be convinced that my tears (Weeping Madonna of Sicily?), are plain signs to serve notice that tragic events are hanging over the world, and that the hours of great trials are at hand.
If men do not amend their ways, a terrifying scourge of fire will come down from Heaven upon all the nations of the world, and men will be punished according to the debts contracted with Divine justice. There will be frightful moments for all, because Heaven will be joined with the earth, and all the un-Godly people will be destroyed, SOME NATIONS WILL BE PURIFIED, WHILE OTHERS WILL DISAPPEAR ENTIRELY."
Surely this last sentence alludes to the Fatima "annihilation of nations".
Our Lord to Sr Aiello 1959
"The world will be once more afflicted with great calamity; with bloody revolutions; with great earthquakes; with famines; with epidemics; with fearful hurricanes; and with floods from rivers and seas. But if men do not return to God, purifying fire will fall from the Heavens, like snowstorms, on all peoples, and a great part of humanity will be destroyed!"
The Blessed Mother to Sr Aiello GOOD FRIDAY (March 23) 1961
“Once there was the chastisement by water, but if there is not a returning to God, there will come the chastisement by fire, which will cover the streets of the world with blood.”
Recent events would certainly give the impression that the events in the Phillipines were connected to the consecration, Jamey. But grace always accompanies prayer, so it's possible that blessings could be mixed with chastisements.
"Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent."
(Rev 3:19)
Certainly the Lord may be sending this for the people of the Philippines to come back to him. A priest here in Perth a couple of years back when there was a heap of natural calamities worldwide said people had began flooding back to local parishes.
Thank you Emmett (and Jamey) for those thoughts.
The connection with Our Lady of Light is an interesting one. I think there will be graces from the consecration, too.
Update on Maria Divine Mercy: confirms she is a scam. This blogger claims to reveal her identity as one Mary Carberry
http://midwaystreet.wordpress.com/2013/11/11/8/
Re MDM if that article is true (at this point I don't see anything to doubt it) well done to who put it together and what a huge scam, as well as being diabolical. Such was the gravity of false prophets in the OT they were stoned to death as ultimately they hurt and mislead.
Please see: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/financialcrisis/10450889/French-officials-warn-of-social-tinderbox-as-economy-contracts-again.html
"Le Figaro said loss of confidence in the French government is turning dangerous, citing a confidential report based on surveys by "prefects" in each of the 101 departments. “All across the country, the prefects described the same picture of a society that is angry, exasperated and on edge. A mix of latent discontent and resignation is being expressed through sudden eruptions of fury, almost spontaneously,” said the document. The report warned that people were no longer venting their feelings within normal social structures. Increasing numbers are questioning the “legitimacy” of taxes."
This deep sense of civic unrest, unprecedented in modern times, seems to be happening all over Europe, so it is interesting that it finally being recognised through the media.

pg 1 Hello, please message VERY IMPORTANT for GOD'S PEOPLE!
I am witness! great tribulation is almost here! the spiritual plagues coming into all churches on earth!
All churches on earth are spiritually apostate! They are following another jesus Revelation 17:8! the true body of Christ not in church buildings or behind the pulpit!
Hear my testimony on video just google,"Christ testimony of the churches around the world"!
God is calling his people out of the man made churches and their teachings on earth. Luke17:20-24>Dan 12:7>Matt13:24-30>John 11:52!
the outpouring of God's Spirit happens just before great tribulation Joel 2:28-30;Acts 2:16-20; Revelation 7:1-3, 13-14, Daniel 12:7,10.
I am witness to seeing the beast ascended out of the bottomless pit. The beast is in perdition even as you read this message. This perdition is 3.5 years Dan 7:25; Rev 12:6,14,17; Rev 13:5-6; Rev 17:8.
I am witness thru the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit of truth in seeing image of beast, his mark, and the number of his name in the people of churches on earth Revelation 15:2-3.
The mark of beast comes from the churches Rev 16:14; Rev 13:6,7-8,16-18; Rev 18:23;1 John 2:15-17; Isaiah 9:6kjv vs. Isaiah 9:5Torah.
The mark of the beast is spiritual. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places Eph 6:12;Matt 10:28.
How does the devil deceive the whole world? Revelation 13:8
thru image of man- Rom 1:23, 25; Isaiah 14:13-14; Rev 13:18; Mark 8:33; 2 Thess 2:4; Matt 24:15; Rev 17:8; Rev 6:15;Rev 19:20.
thru churches on earth -Isaiah 14:17; Dan 7:21,25; Dan 8:12-13; Dan 11:22,31-32, ; Dan 11:39,45; Matt 24:23-26; Luke 4:5-6; Luke 17:20-23;Mark 11:17; Mark 13:1-2, 5-6; Matt 13:30.
thru their teachings- 1 thess 5:3,Dan 9:26; Dan 11:22, 31-32;1Tim 4:1; 1Tim 1:6-10; 2Tim 2:16; 2Tim 4:3-4; Titus 1:10-11; Matt 15: 5-6; Matt 16:11; 2 Peter 2:2-3, 18-19; 1 John 4:5;Jude 1: 12,16;1 Cor 2:13; Dan 12:4; 2Tim 3:7.
thru signs and lying wonders- Matt 7:22; Matt 24:24; 2 Thess 2:9-10;Acts 16:17; Rev 16:14; Rev 18:23; 2 Cor 11:13-15;Daniel 8:12.
pg 2 God seals his people in their homes Joel2:28-29; Acts 1:13-14; Isaiah 26:20-21;Ezekiel 9:3-4.
In book of Daniel fourth kingdom will devour the whole earth Dan 7:23; Joel 2:3; Isaiah 14:17.
This fourth kingdom and her beast is the mother church in Rome called," Mystery Babylon the Great the Mother of Harlots Abominations of the earth" Rev10:7; Rev17:5. This mother church spiritually connected to ALL churches great or small of Catholics, Christians, Mormons, Jehovah witnesses. this mother church in Rome spiritually connected Babylon, the Great City, which is spiritually called, "Sodom and Egypt" 2 Thess 2:7; Rev 11:8; Rev 17:9,15,18. This spiritual city is about to receive her hour of judgement Rev 17:1-2; Rev 11:13.
All churches around the world have same roots as mother church in Rome- pulpit /raised platform, image of man/host (idols), congregation, church buildings between the seas, communion wafer/juice, choir, instruments, celebrate winter/spring holiday-(Rev 11:10; Dan 8:12), weddings, birthdays, funerals, candles, and many more Revelation 18:22-23.
Man made church buildings are spiritual cages of the god of this world Isaiah 14:13,17; Rev 18:2; Matt 24:24-26!
And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God comes not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. For as the lightning, that lights out of the one part under heaven, shines unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.
Rev 18:4, And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not partakers of her sins, and that you receive not of her plagues!
Seek God in prayer and ask for the truth! this will save you and your family members. I did for two years asking God for the truth about the churches, her leaders and followers and about myself. Hear my testimony on video just google, "Christ testimony of the churches around the world".
oh dear. Anon you may like to do some (honest) research on where the NT actually came from, it didn't fall from the sky nor from the "Whore of Babylon".
